Angela Bawtree
Director
Angela is responsible for the development of <earthdive<'s mission, the stewardship of the social and environmental agenda and the management of stakeholder relationships. She has significant experience in the strategic and operational aspects of corporate responsibility, having worked as a senior manager within The Body Shop International PLC. Angela has an MSc in Responsibility & Business Practice gained at the University of Bath School of Management. She is also a recommnded tutor by the Wines and Spirits education trust. If you meet Angela in a dive location, she is likely to offer to show you her dive profiles on the laptop by the pool! Other than diving, her principal interests are snow skiing music and singing.

Robert McCusker
Director
Robert first caught the diving bug in Mauritius over 20 years ago and has dived in locations ranging from Scapa Flow to the Great Barrier Reef. He brings to <earthdive< his extensive experience in general management, operations and environmental management systems. Robert has held senior roles with a number of international organisations and has established his own management consultancy practice.

Chris Long
Founder/Chairman
Chris is the founder and Chairman of <earthdive<. He has extensive experience in fundraising and organisation of mass participation events, having raised over $50m for children's charities all over the world. Chris was the founder of <Sport Aid< and <Run the World<, a mass participation event designed to help raise awareness and funds for victims of the African famine. Chris fulfilled his life-long ambition to dive six years ago and since, has dived in the Maldives, Mediterranean, Mexico, Tobago, Red Sea, Chinchorra Banks, Daymaniyat Islands, Thailand, Similan Islands, Fiji, Sipadan, Poor Knights Islands and the Great Barrier Reef .

Matt Lovell
Web Development
Matt is the creator of the <earthdive< website. Having graduated with honours from the University of Westminster in Media Studies he set up his own new media company.
Matt is looking forward to learning to dive very soon.
